Room Rental Rates April 2012

Private/Commercial Rates

Private or commercial use of Auditorium                              $40.00 first hour;

                                                                                      $35 each additional hour

Addition of Kitchen/lounge                                                 $15.00 per event

If using kitchen                                                                $50.00 cleaning deposit

All day use of Auditorium (12 hours)                                   $195.00          

Private or commercial use of ballet, music, or lounge            $35.00 first hour;

                                                                                      $25 each additional hour

Private or commercial use of modern dance room                 $25.00 first hour;

                                                                                      $18 each additional hour

Private or commercial use of TC kitchen or                          $50.00 initial 2 hours

Multi-media area                                                              plus $15 each additional hour

Teen Center – Private or Commercial Rates:

Friday evenings, or Saturdays:  $125 first two hours, $50 each additional hour

Sunday – Friday afternoons:     $90 first two hours, $30 each additional hour

Non-Commercial Rates

Auditorium                                                                       $30 first hour;

                                                                                      $25 each additional hour

Teen Center – Kitchen or Multi Media area                            $30 initial 2 hours;

Teen Center – Friday and Saturday evenings                         $75 initial 2 hours;

                                                                                       $30 each additional hour

Sunday-Friday afternoons:                                                  $50 initial 2 hours;

                                                                                       $20 each additional hour

Private or commercial multiple rental rates:

   12 to 39 hours - Upstairs rooms                                       $25.00 hr.

                       - Auditorium, TC kitchen,                             $30.00 hr

                            TC multi media  

   40 to 89 hours - Upstairs rooms                                       $15.00 hr                                  

                        - Auditorium, TC kitchen,                            $20.00 hr

                            TC multi media  

    90+ hours - Upstairs rooms                                            $12.00 hr

Private and commercial multi use clients must give two weeks notice to adjust schedule for the next month.

Multi use clients in excess 90 hours may cancel up to 10 hours a month with 48 hours notice.

There is a 50% deposit for multi use clients in excess 90 hours.
